Position- Community Manager

Min. Qualification- 10+2 in any stream

Salary- As per the Industry norm

Shift timings- Day shift

Work option- Both (Part Time/Full Time)

Language- Hindi or English (English is not mandatory)

The Job Roles and Responsibilities

 

The primary responsibilities of a Community Manager would be :

 

  • Taking requirements for Home, Shop & Office Interior from the customers

  • Keep records of customer interactions 

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers requests

  • Refer special requests of the customers to the designated departments for further actions

 

 

Competencies and Skills Required

 

Community Manager plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the company. 

 

As an ITeS company, we are looking for candidates who have good communications and interpersonal skills. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's requirements. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in Hindi or English is also desired. The major skills and competencies that we are looking for in a candidate are :

 

  • Good communications skills

  • Ability to listen and active problem solving skills

  • Good interpersonal skills
